I ordered these dog treats on September 8th I messaged to sell her over nine times for tracking information cuz the minute I bought them all sudden the tracking information disappeared I've been waiting all month for them I text him yesterday no response still I've been doing this ever since September 8th the day I bought them when the tracking information disappeared I keep asking him what's going on they may be on their way I knew I should have asked for my money back then I want my refund and I want it now and I'm finally in a complaint with my Mastercard because fraud he strung me on all month long I live on a fixed income so my dog's not got treats at all all month cuz my money's been tied up here waiting for him all month long to do the right thing the answer one message

You only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date to file a claim via the item on your Purchase history that you did not receive it. Follow the steps in the claim for a refund. You only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to do this.

·3 years agoThe normal process is to open a "not received" request on eBay when the delivery date shown in your Purchase History has passed. You still have time to do that. However, if you have already filed a dispute with Mastercard, then eBay can no longer take your case and you will have to finish the claim with Mastercard.
