I got an item from ebay and can't get eBay to help me get my money back guarantee. What do I do now?

I ordered an item from ebay, but failed to see no returs accepted. When I went to purchase history their was no record of it. How do I report the seller? And how to I get eBay to honor the "money back guarantee?"

No. You ordered an item from a seller. ebay doesn't sell anything.

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

Is it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request. ebay's 30 days Money Back Guarantee trumps the seller's no returns policy if the Item is Not as Described.
