I ordered camera but he sent empty package.
this is scam and swindler. What should I do?

Mentor3 years agoIf you receive something other than what was described, file a "not as described" case with eBay within thirty days, and be prepared to return the empty box if the seller provides a shipping label.
If the seller does not provide a refund or a shipping label, or does not refund when tracking shows the item has been received by the seller, ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
