I got a refund but had to pay return shipping the item was not as it was depicted
The clip tie was listed as 17 " long It was shorter than 15" long. I could not use it but was still charged for return shipping. What incentive is there for the seller to accurately describe an item if it doesn't cost them anything.

Mentor2 years agoWhat was the seller's return policy, and what reason did you select for the return? It sounds like the seller had a No Returns policy, and you selected a buyer's remorse reason: didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. For those reasons, the seller can decline the return, or if the seller accepts the return, the buyer pays return shipping. If the seller has 14/30/60 days return policy, and the reason you selected was Not as Described, then the seller pays for return shipping.
