I got a Refund, but also my article... and now What?
Summary: enrmar_6540 shared their experience of buying a book on eBay that was delayed due to customs, leading them to receive a refund. After the book eventually arrived, they felt guilty and wanted to compensate the seller. fashionsandbeauty4u explained that if it was a U.S. seller and the transaction went through the eBay International Shipping Program, the seller likely retained the sale despite the refund. enrmar_6540 appreciated this information, understanding the situation better.
I bought a book in eBay. The package had almost 30 days in transit, so I decided to contact with eBay asking for information about my book, in order to avoid problems. Then after that they gave me back my money. 5 days later finally the book came to my home. Now I feel bad for the seller beacuse he didn't nothing wrong, all the problem was from customs of my country and now I want to give the money to the seller . I tried to contact eBay client services; I presented my situation, and they told me just to wait a couple days. But that couples days are done. I am still waiting for a solution of this problem.
Have someone any idea about what to do now?
Thanks

Based on your post, I believe this Seller has already been compensated by eBay for the book.
If this was a U.S. Seller who shipped via the eBay International Shipping Program, if you opened an Item Not Received refund request on eBay and eBay sent you the refund, the Seller keeps the sale and you keep the book.
