I got a message requesting an address change. The buyer said old address was given
Ihad already shipped the item. I have responded to the message several times & get no response back. I’ve tried to contact eBay for call back & get none. I chose to call eBay & got recorded message saying I would be connected to a person then it hung up! I think it is possible the person was within the 1hr. Period & may have changed the address but I cannot tell if that is the case. Now what?

Don't bother trying to talk to eBay, they won't do anything except to tell you to wait to see if you get the item returned to you from the folks at the wrong address.
Even if the Buyer would have asked you to ship to a different address before you shipped you would have needed to cancel the transaction so they could update their address ... because otherwise you lose your Seller protection if you ship to a different address than the one at the time of the order.
Just wait and stop messaging the Buyer since you have already done that. If the package is refused and returned to you the Buyer loses their eBay purchase protection. They need to be in touch with the folks at their old address to arrange with them on how to get their shipment ...
