I GOT A FAKE SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 ULTRA SENT TO ME
The shipper sent a fake phone, and i have started return. the shipping label sent to me, FEDEX SAID THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER STATED. SELLER SAID NUMBER UPDATED , BUT I FEDEX SAID NOT UPDATED. WHAT DO I DO I NEET TO RETURN

OP11 months agoI AM PAYING FOR THE FROM NIGERIA BACK TO SELLER. IT SHOCK ME THAT A SELLER CAN POST AN ORIGNAL PRODUCT AND SEND A CLONE, A FAKE. AND CHARGE FOR ORIGINAL , IT IS HEART BREAKING.

Your rights as a buyer under the eBay Money Back Guarantee depend on how the item was delivered.
Please let me know if you used a third party package forwarding service.
Or did the seller ship directly to you in Nigeria?

OP11 months agoI USED A third party package forwarding service TO NIGERIA.
AND I WANT TO RETURN DIRECTLY FROM NIGERIA TO THE SELLER VIA FEDEX, BUT THEY CANNOT SEND AS FEDEX IS ASKING FOR A PHONE NUMBER.

Mentor11 months agoI am sorry but reshipping the item voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This means if you send it back to the seller that eBay is not going to force the seller to issue a refund. Only buy from sellers that ship directly to you in Nigeria OR ship using the eBay International Shipping Program.
I understand how frustrating and upsetting this but this is the policy>
