Where are you located?

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Those can cause issues.

Location is Masontown WV, no VPN or Statlink, trying to order from Deerfield, Illinois. Contacted seller & they couldn’t understand my request. Told them never mind & got it somewhere else.

Possibly the seller has not set up a valid shipping method, or has entered invalid dimensions for the package so that shipping cannot be calculated.

If that does not seem to be the case, try purchasing as a guest to rule out a problem with your account.
