I got a charge from ebay on my credit card but I did not make an ebay purchase.
I know some online sites buy from ebay and sell to me, so I might not know merch I bought came from ebay. I am tryi9ng to avoid having to get a new card issued. How can I get to a REAL PERSON at ebay?
