I got a call today from a business that tells me the seller of my item purchased it fraudulently

The item I purchased was apparently through a seller that purchased it from QVC but with a stolen credit card. QVC cancelled that order (of the seller), and are launching an investigation on this seller. I need to speak to ebay to refund my order but not to tip the seller that he/she is under investigation. I can find no contact to speak to ebay. When I click on 'returns and refund', it tells me my Nov 14th order has to wait until Dec 25, or gives me the option to contact the seller. This seller...
