SOLD BY bright-yourlifeuser ID,
These came with a 3 yr. warranty, 4 have failed at this point and I have tried to contact the seller to honor the warranty but get no response. What is my next step?

Mentor3 years agoWarranties come from the manufacturer, not the seller. Contact them.

OP3 years agoI cant read chinese characters. My response came in those. Do you think that is being avoided?
