Here is a link to eBay's policy on electronically delivered items. If you do not meet the policy requirements to be able to sell that type of item STOP trying to sell them. Electronically delivered items policy | eBay
New Sellers have their funds held for up to 30 days and since you have NO tracking on the transaction there is no proof you delivered the item. Payments on hold | eBay
Thank you for the help I just emailed them telling them to fix the listing
There is nothing to fix. There are two reasons your funds are on hold the first is that you are selling a digital item and do not have the required tracking to prove delivery.
The second reason your funds are on hold is because you are a NEW seller.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
