i file to returnan ietem before it arrives, them I cancel return because seller say they can not return because the Item wasnt arrived yet, so I cancel Item return request. The item never arrived so I need to file for a refund

ebay is not helping me to get the refund even if i show pictures of post office returning item to seller

@mar-876865 Once closed, an eBay return cannot be opened again. You may still have recourse through your payment method. Contact your card issuer for details.
