I fell and broke my hip. I was in the hospital and then recouping. I was not able to deal with my Ebay. I am trying to improve the performance level, but Ebay is not looking at it, even though they continue with the last evaluation level and defects. I have only had a few sales, and not defect levels...especially without seller....What is happening...Dianne
