I feel like I’m being scammed

I sold a 14k gold bracelet it was stamped 14k and tested 14k now the buyer is messaging me stating that it’s only 12k and wants a 100 dollars back what do I do?

Despite not offering Returns on that item you need to message the Buyer and let them know you will be happy to take it back on a return and if they file one you will accept the return and issue a pre-paid shipping label through eBay, then wait. Do not debate them and do not argue with them just make the return offer and see how they respond.

Buyers have nothing to lose and money to gain by making a claim like that. If they return the item you can use the Report Buyer link on the sold item and alert eBay that they have made a false claim. If the item is not returned in the same condition that you shipped it in or they swap it out for a piece of junk then some Seller protections may apply to help cut your loss. Like withholding the original shipping they paid and up to 50% of the item price.

You should consider Accepting returns on your items, the No returns accepted policy is the default return policy on eBay listing tools and sends the wrong message to both Sellers and Buyers. It is NOT protection against a return being forced on you by one of several reasons eBay has in their Money Back Guarantee for Buyers: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

I see that you accepted a Best Offer on the item and it was listed with the Authenticity Guarantee, and I assume it passed. Therefore, I would decline the returns request as well as the $100 partial refund.

Don't let them scam you. Tell then you will be happy to make a full refund on return of the item. Have them open an official return request with eBay. You may be amazed when the buyer no longer has a problem with the item.
