I feel I have been scammed.
I participated in an auction to purchase an iPhone, and I bid $600 believing I was buying an iPhone 15 Pro Max. However, after winning the auction, I discovered that the phone was an iPhone 11 simple 64 GB, which did not correspond to what I thought I was purchasing.
Immediately after this, I tried to cancel the order, but eBay required me to wait 3 days for the seller to respond to my cancellation request. Despite reaching out to the seller on the very first day, they did not respond to my bnv. . when marks the 3rd day since I submitted my request, and the seller has canceled my cancellation request without any communication.
What is more concerning is that they quickly sent me a shipping label and indicated that they do not accept returns for this item. and to day marks about 7 day iam never receive nothing iam try to writing to ebay they say all case are already close they cant do nothing I feel that this is a dishonest action that violates eBay's policies.
I kindly ask you to review this situation and take the necessary actions against the seller, as I do not wish to pay for a product I did not intend to purchase and than i dont want to lost my money.
I look forward to your response regarding this matter.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

So you paid for the tem and received it? Those details are important.
I suggest to contact eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter.
Find how to send eBay a private message on https://Facebook.com/eBay or https://Twitter.com/AskeBay
If you don't have an account, you have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.
Good luck.

Go to "Payments" and see if there is an option to cancel these automatic payments.
