I feel I am definitely being scammed by a buyer on a return request. His facts do not ad up. HELP
I need ebay to step in and help with this. The sign I shipped was in near mint condition. These pictures here are not of the sign I shipped. The damage to the box is not consistent with the damage of the sign. Plus the sign was insured for the full amount, so the buyer needs to file a claim with the shipper. I feel I am definitely being scammed by a buyer on a return request. His facts do not ad up. HELP. Here is my last response to the buyer: I have never had a situation like this before because I take extra care when packaging items. The sign WAS packaged properly, it's not my first rodeo. First, the pictures of damage on the sign are not consistent with the so called damage of the box, the sign I shipped was near flawless. The pictures of damage you sent me could only be done by a heavy impact, which is not consistent with normal freight handling. To protect both of us, I paid extra for insurance to cover damages. That coverage will show up when you file the claim. There is NO FAULT of mine with this situation. I would suggest you start your claim now with USPS as your case clearly does not ad up claiming fault on my end. (End of response) I really appreciate your help and input. Thank you, 55gene.
