If you won an auction or an offer was accepted then you are obligated to pay for the item. If you do not pay in 4 days then the Seller can cancel on day 5 and your account will get an unpaid item strike which takes 12 months to roll off your account. If you get 2 of those you will not be able to bid or buy much on eBay until the strikes roll off down to 1 or less.
