I Don't Understand Why I Always Get Thumped When Seller Is the One doing things wrong!!
Lately I have been dealing with a lot of customer that arer returning items. I mostly send perfumes/colognes. Alot of these people thing that the products I swel are fake or they come to me with itemsd they have broken asking for a new product. First of all I never, or have I ever sold anything but new product. Secondly, everytime I write an appeal Ebay rambles about "counterfeit" stuff which I also never sell.
How can I protect myself? It seems like the people that buy my products want a refund or they hope I will tell them to keep the item and I give them another. Has anyone gone through this, and if so, what did you do about it?
