I don't understand why a customer can return a sport coat because it didnt fit.

All measurements in the listing as well as a notation in the listing mentioning to be sure and check the measurements.

Just got a request for a return. Second person to return for the same **bleep** reason. They didn't bother to read the measurements and just bought it by the tag size. This sucks having to refund $165 that I need!!!

You offer free returns, so you accept all returns, no matter the reason. The same would be true if you offered 30 day buyer pays, but you would not have to pay for the return shipping. I would change clothing to buyer pays. I would not change to no returns, since this often encourages buyers to find flaws to make the item not as described.

@neatotorpedomike What is the return policy on that listing. Many of your completed listings show free returns. That means they can return it, on your dime, for any reason at all.
