I don't understand this approach from eBay

Hi eBay community,
buyer opened a Return Case with Return Reason "Doesn't work or defective". For my reasonable request to provide evidence - no any actions. And what in end - eBay obliged me to make Return. For my costs. Where is justice?

I'm seller with 5000+ 100% possitive feedbacks, buyer with 5 feedbacks. If it matters ...

To what purpose? eBay won't take it into consideration, and you'll see the actual item when you get it back.

Retail mostly works under the old adage 'the customer is always right'. Bottom line, buyers bring the money.

Since eBay has no way to judge right or wrong, the safe choice is return for a refund. No documentation required. Shipping damage happens, and they are not going to further irritate an already unhappy buyer.

You are more likely to get false not as described returns when you sell with no returns. It is just part of selling online. If the item returned is in the condition described, you can report the buyer for abusing the money back guarantee. Your best choice is to apologize to the buyer, accept the return, refund when returned and move on.

Then why need these far -fetched reasons for the return â€œdo not correspond to the descriptionâ€ if support does not consider them?
Then this stupid procedure is not necessary. Sorry for the sharpness, but this is true.
And any buyer will be the opportunity to return the purchase. At the expense of the seller.

There is no normal return procedure. I have no options at this stage. I have no way to add Return shipping label. No this field/option in Return details.

"You can purchase a prepaid shipping label from your preferred shipping service and then send the label to the buyer through My eBay: Messages." - how this will works?? And if buyer not answer?

I realized that I lost the goods and the cost of international sending.
