I don't see where I can choose to ship my item in an envelope and can't get ebay to contact me.
I am selling a couple small items. one weighs less than a pound and another less than 2 lbs.
I don't see where I can choose to ship my item in an envelope and can't get ebay to contact me.
There is no selection for choosing an envelope shipping option.
How can I navigate until I reach the "Have ebay call me" point?

You can’t use a first class envelope with stamps for most items. Envelopes must be less than 1/4” (3/4” for a large envelope, also called a flat) thick, totally flexible and uniformly thick from edge to edge.
If you mean something like a bubble or poly envelope, that is a package. Anything over 13oz is a package.
What type of item is it?

OP6 months agoIt's a 4 X 7 inch padded manila color envelope for the item that weighs less than 2 oz.
For the bigger item that weighs less than 2 lbs, but over 1 lb, it is a 6 X 10 inch padded manila envelope.
both items will make the thickness around 1 inch.

Then you want to select ground advantage as the service under usps. It is the least expensive option for small packages.
