I dont see the return in my account.

Question

I got a return Id in my email but i can not see the return or the bought item in my ebay account.. I need to print the label to return my item before my window ends. thank you

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

If you purchased using a different account, sign in to that account and check your purchase history.

If you purchased as a guest, guest orders are not connected to your eBay account; for help with a guest order you must first sign out of your existing eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email that you received from eBay regarding the guest order, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
