i am a over 8 years Ebay buyer with over 100 items from Ebay. There were two itme was missing, seller send to me but the post man did not send to my address and return back to seller. I opened two cases to reprot, Ebay just closed them, The tranking info shows the delivery is not done. Ebay is irresponsible like this? does any one knows how to reprot this issue to a higher officer from Ebay? thanks.
