I dont recive my order
iI bought a watch, but due to an error, it didn't reach my address, the order was returned to the seller, USPS confirmed they have it, but they didn't send it to me agan. I asked ebay for help and filed a claim, but the claim was closed without me receiving my order, and now I still have to pay the bank.

What kind of claim did you open with eBay?
You need to provide a correct address when ordering items.
I can't address eBay closing the claim until I know what type of claim you opened and what the details are about delivery.
