I dont offer International shipping and buyer is form Canada
I sold an item and the buyer contacted that he is from Canada. I dont offer International Shipping only USA. What are my options?

Mentor3 years agoEither ship to Canada or cancel the transaction using the reason that there is an issue with the buyer's address. (You'll find the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your orders list.)
