My last txt got cut off but it clearly states no refunds, an the customer weighed the item an now they want a refund. I never listed the weight of the item so how is that grounds for a return. My description Never consisted of the weight which is her reason for a return '

Mentor3 years agoYou sold a 1924 D Saint Gaudens $20 Gold Coin. The original weight of such a coin is a matter of public record: 33.436g.
If the coin you shipped did not weigh that much then you have a big problem, even if you never explicitly mentioned weight in the listing description.
Your listing says you do not accept returns. That is not the same as "no refunds".
Your listing is subject to eBay's money back guarantee, which means if the buyer says the item is not as described, you must refund the buyer, whether you accept returns or not.
