"I don't know the package details" glitch?

Hey All,

So I cannot seem to find information about this as this is the first time I have seen this issue. It appears that with the newest update of the app, I cannot use the option "I don't know the package details" to put in a fixed price for shipping. I was able to do this a day or so ago, but now if I try to "Select a service" after putting in the "I don't know the package details", it goes to state the following:

"There are no shipping services available for the dimensions you entered."

Then gives "Update Package Details" or "Use Local Pickup Only"

There isn't even an option for free shipping anymore.

I have almost 500 items on ebay and all previously listed items are fine, but this error occurs for new listings.

Is this something that other people are facing? Is it a glitch or the way things are now?
