I don't know how to add photos to my return request, and I can't send the request without them.
I'd like to get a refund for an item I ordered which was not what was advertised. In order to complete the return request, photos are required. I don't know how to upload photos to the site, so I can't send the request. So frustrated. I have a cell phone with a camera. I can take the photos, but I can't seem to get them to the little box where they are required.
