I don't get sell notifications even though my settings are set correctly
I don't get any notification when my product sells. I only know when something sells when a customer emails me to complain that it hasn't shipped. yes, I've checked spam and also double checked that the preferences are set correctly that I'm supposed to get a notification upon any product selling.
anyone else have this happen?

Mentor2 years agoWhether you get notifications or not, you should be checking your account daily at a minimum to see if sales or questions have come through that require your attention.
