I don't get my tracking number
I bought the item and I never heard from the seller after 5 days I text him twice and the seller told me having problems with my address I said how and I have been using ebay for years and I asked him to cancel the order but he said he sent and I told him how you sent it i didn't see tracking number and I didn't hear from him and is been 2 days and I don't know what is going on I don't feel comfortable with this seller I want get my money back to I can buy the part because my car in the shop thanks

Sellers are not required to provide a tracking number/tracking information to the buyer.
You have the estimated date of delivery, which you can see in your Purchase History. Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
