I donâ€™t want my cc info saved

Question

Is it possible to have an eBay account without keeping a credit card on file? I would prefer to add my credit card information each time I place an order. I donâ€™t want it saved in their database.
If so, how do I do this?

Also, is it possible to contact eBay directly? The automatic assistant was not helpful.

You can delete your saved credit card info, if any, here:

When checking out, if you are prompted to enter a credit card, there is typically a box to check or uncheck to specify if you want that information saved or not.

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.

Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
