I don’t know how to reply to ask a mentor
My post- How do I get a live person on this? My item was delivered somewhere else. UPS even confirmed my address was NOT the address on file where they delivered it to. The tracking even says “delivered to dock†“signed by PATANE†and yet eBay decided to steal my money because tracking says delivered. This thing keeps giving me a bot who tells me I’m says delivered so they’re keeping my money.
Mentor response was -
Without you providing documentation - which you can get from the carrier - that the package was not addressed to you, they must go by the tracking. How would they know that it wasn’t you scamming the seller by claiming the item wasn’t received when it really was? With that information, you should be able to appeal.
The reply I’m trying to post-UPS refused to give me the address it was delivered to. They said they can only tell me the address I provided is not correct but they cannot tell me anything else since I’m not the shipper

OP1 year agoI need a live person from eBay end to call UPS because they said my tracking said delivered, yet they didn’t check to see that it wasn’t my address UPS has as the delivery address

·1 year agoYou need to follow the steps I gave you in my other post. Talking with someone on the phone from eBay will be a waste of time. They can’t do anything to help with this. You must get documentation from the carrier.
