I don’t have PayPal so can I still sell on eBay?
Do I need a PayPal account to sell items on eBay? PayPal is always given as an option of payment so what happens if a seller doesn’t have a PayPal account?

·1 year agoBuyers can still use PayPal to pay for their purchases, but PayPal is not involved at all in how the seller receives that payment.

You do not need a PayPal account to sell on eBay. You will need a checking account at a brick and mortar bank. EBay will have you sign up for Managed Payments and will deposit the funds from your sales into that checking account.
At some point, eBay will also need your Social Security number to report your income.
After your account is approved for selling, eBay will hold your funds for up to 30 days until you establish yourself as a Seller.
