Mentor2 years ago@hickscomet66 Your items are set up to ship internationally with the eBay International Shipping Program.
This means that YOU are only shipping to the US.
Once the item arrives safely at the US hub then eBay handles ALL refund requests and you keep the sale. You don't have to worry about customs forms, returns, etc.
It is excellent seller protection that I wish we had on domestic sales.
If you don't want to increase your sales with ZERO risk by selling internationally then you can OPT out on this page> https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
AND go to account settings>
Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to AND block buyers with 2 or more unpaid in 12 months.
