I do not want refund, seller provided item. Was a late postal error

I received item. Item was only late, and was due to post office. A 7dollar and 95 cent purchase. Some how, Ebay is refunding me, and I already gave seller 100 percent positive feedback, which he deserves. I am not well versed with certain Computer endeavors.

Message the seller and ask him to send you an invoice so you can repay the refund. He will need your email address - it is ok to give it to him since you have a transaction together.
