I do not believe the item is damaged. It is a trick for me to let it go and I will not. Who pays for
I do not believe the item is damaged and therefore I want it returned; do I have to pay for the return. I will pay back the original amount.

Yes, you must pay for the return shipping on an item they claim is damaged if you want it returned.
If it is not damaged when you receive it, you can report the buyer for abusing the money back guarantee.
