I discovered I shipped the wrong item which is not worth returning.

They have not received delivery yet & I want to be proactive & ship the correct item that was ordered. How do I proceed?

Use the CONTACT BUYER link and let the buyer know what happened and that you will be shipping the correct item to them, and they do not need to return the incorrect item. Then go to Paypal, or Pirateship and print the shipping label. Do not use ebay's Print Another Label option. If you do, it will register as a late shipment.
