I disagree with your ruling if it was your user who made the mistake of not sending it to my address.

Everything is clear; I sent you the evidence. Your duty is to contact the seller again so they can resolve the issue, and you're not doing that. The seller stole $400 from me, and you're also at fault for not holding them accountable because they sent it to someone else. It's all very clear... I want you to contact the seller again so they can take responsibility for their mistakes. Or when will you realize they're a thief who makes a living doing these things?

Contact customer service through social media and inform them that you have been the victim of a fake tracking scam. DO NOT share the photo of the other package, as this could cause confusion.

Simply tell the agent that the seller did not ship the package to the address provided at the time of purchase.

If eBay cannot help you, you will need to file a fraud report with your financial institution.
