I didn't received the item back from buyer
My items were sold, and the buyer asked for a return and offered to pay for restocking. I accept it with a 20% restocking fee. Ebay took money from my account, $ 95.41, and I never received the items back. I should see the condition, and after the credit is given to the buyer. The buyer asked for the address and never sent it back. Why does eBay give a gift to a buyer, without notifying me of what they want to do? This is against eBay policy. I want my items back. No money no items.

OP1 year agoThe problem is I didn't, eBay removed money from my Bank account.

If you choose to refund before you get the item back, the buyer is under no obligation to return it. That's why you should wait until you receive the return before refunding.
