I didn't receive my items and seller is not responding.
I didn't receive my items and seller is not responding. He provided a tracking number but the DHL shipping system never reflects an update. I opened a return request to receive a refund but the seller is not responding. I tried contacting Ebay and only way to speak with an agent is by receiving a call, although my country code is not in the list to provide my phone number.
What else can I do?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou stated you filed a Return Request. Since you did not receive the item, there is nothing you can return. You needed to file a Refund Request due to item not received.
