I didn't receive my items
I have not received my items and I opened cases, which sat with no response from sellers and not the cases are closed and I still received nothing from two different vendors. EBay is saying there was no activity, but i sent messages up until a week ago. They are not showing as activity. I have been robbed by two vendors. Does anyone have a phone number to call for EBay?

If the cases are closed, Ebay can no longer help you.
You needed to return to your Refund Request after 3 days and asked Ebay to step in to help you. If you did not escalate your request to a claim within the time frame provided, Ebay was able to close your case for inaction. Sending messages to the sellers does not count as action.
ACCORDING TO EBAY: "If the seller hasn't responded, or hasn't provided a resolution after 3 business days, you can ask us to step in. You have up to 21 business days from when you opened the original request."
