After the seller told me to wait, the item didn't arrive. I told him I wanted a refund, and he just laughed at me. The seller's name is Dreamchasingsnail.

Never let a seller talk you into waiting.
If it has been more that 30 days from estimated date of delivery, you cannot use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to file a refund request.
