I didn’t receive a product
I purchased six similar items from Tech Guy Sales (techguy_18) during an auction recently. The package arrived 6-5-26, but the package was missing one item. I’ve tried using the “contact us” button, but I keep getting the run around with the AI bot. I’ve tried contacting the seller, but since the auction ended a week ago, I can’t leave a message for the seller. Does anyone have any suggestions. I can get a live agent to help me.

Mentor2 months agoGo to your Purchase history, locate the order, click CONTACT SELLER.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
