I didn't get the handling time I normally do to ship an order
A buyer purchased an item from me last night (March 25th) at 10:30 PM Eastern. All of my listings have a one business-day handling time. In the past, an order that late would've require me to ship on the 27th, but for some reason, I have to ship today, the 26th. I don't like having to make an unplanned trip to the post office on a busy morning when I'm trying to get to work, hence my handling time.
Has anyone else had this problem, or know of a solution. I would try chatting to eBay to try to resolve it, but I haven't the time, since I must get out of here and dash to the post office!

OP5 months agoWell, regardless of the time zone, I still didn't get the one business day handling time.
As for Dispatch & Handling, I'd never seen that setting before. It was set to allow same-day shipping, which I would never offer. I've turned them all off, so hopefully that won't happen again.

Mentor5 months agoebay runs on Pacific time, so when it is 10:30pm in your state, it is 7:30pm here in California. You can change the Dispatch & Handling here:
