I DIDNT GET PAID, BUT EBAY TOOK THE REFUND OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

OP2 weeks agoI CANCELLED THIS ORDER BECAUSE I DONT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA, YET EBAY NEVER PAID ME FOR THE ORDER. THEY SURE TOOK IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
