I didnt Choose the Express Payout

Question

I got hacked last month. They took all my money. I deactivated my old debit card but someone requested an instant payout just now. I didn't realize I hadn't updated my debit card on here so its going to an old card anyways. Someone bought $2000 worth of stuff on here in my name and ebay paid me back. Question: Can I call someone or how do I go about getting my money?

@theunextreme The payout to the closed card should bounce back to your eBay Managed Payments account after a few days.

#1 First make sure your name and address on your eBay account match your new bank account exactly:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile It must be a brick and mortar checking account, not virtual.

#2 Next try this: Go to your payments page and select Add Payment option.

https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Then select add bank account and add the new account. Then if the old account is not automatically deleted you will need to delete it.

Then Type Verify Checking account. In the chat bot box on the lower right.

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
