I didn't charge even remotely enough for shipping, do I have any options?
Not blaming my lack of experience on the platform, just stating it as a reason for my mistake.
So I could have sworn I entered in the correct dimensions for my item but when it was purchased, I come to realize what the buyer paid (essentially what I told them to pay, I understand, it's not their fault at all) won't cover a quarter of the cost. Do I have any options here? Thanks all!
FWIW, this is only my second item that I have sold.
