https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS Then select show contact info on the far right. Text the buyer and ask them to please provide the 6 digit number so that you can receive your payout a bit sooner.
You will get the payout eventually it will just be held at least the full 30 days if not longer without the code.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
