I did not recieve parts that match what was stated. :(

Question

Ordered an engine rebuild kit, the pistons are the wrong size, the liners are the wrong size, they don't even fit each other. E bay doesn't seem to offer a window to state this situation, though it said stuff before I bought it about they would gaurantee that If the company can't fix the situation that Ebay would make it right. How do I fix this mess? thanks for any help.

If the item you received does not match the item's listing puage, you can use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file a Return Request. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “doesn't match description“. Attach a photo if required. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
